The core uses grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel with a 45-degree full-staggered joint structure, ensuring low no-load losses across the full capacity range. The amorphous alloy core option reduces no-load losses by up to 75% and load losses by up to 15%, delivering measurable energy savings over the transformer’s full service life.
Strong Overload Capacity
Excellent heat dissipation and high thermal stability support reliable operation under sustained overload conditions without compromising performance. Forced air cooling is available on the SCB series for higher capacity operation. The SGB series sustains 120% continuous overload under IP45 protection without any forced cooling required.
Moisture and Corrosion Resistant
High-voltage windings are fully vacuum-cast in epoxy resin, forming a sealed rigid body that blocks moisture, harmful gases, and corrosive chemicals. Reliable in coastal environments, chemical plants, tunnels, and other harsh conditions where conventional units would require additional protection.
Intelligent Temperature Monitoring
The intelligent temperature control system automatically monitors all three-phase winding temperatures in real time, starts and stops cooling fans based on live readings, and includes fully configurable alarm and trip functions.
